The master bedroom has a king size bed along with a twin bed, and the walk-out basement below has two additional bedrooms, each with queen beds. This lower level has its own full bath with a tub/shower combo, accessed through one of the bedrooms. The common bathroom on the main floor also has access from the master bedroom. It contains a large deluxe shower.

The main level contains the kitchen, dining room, master bedroom, and bath. Just a few steps downstairs is the great room. It has a regular sofa, breakfast table, wood-burning fireplace, and view of the river from a full length covered porch. A TV is located in the main level living area. The upper floor—young folks tend to think this is the best part—features the game room. It includes a pool table, foosball/soccer table, and sleeper sofa. This is where the upper balcony—and that utterly smashing view—is located.
